Beto Cejas Rope Maker, 2013
Beto Cejas explained the different ways of his trade. How diverse leather was and how many things he could do with it. It starts with the tanning of the hide, which he does in his backyard. Then the leather is cut in a spiral shape, from the inside out, in order to obtain the rope. Everything is done by hand, and he can make basically anything out of it, even the string he uses for stitching the parts together.
